Control of osteitis deformans using glucagon, calcitonin, and mithramycin.

Glucagon, porcine calcitonin, and mithramycin were given to patients with Paget's disease of bone. There was rapid complete relief of bone pain accompanied by biochemical improvement or normalization in all cases.
